Recipe


Groundnut, fish,palm oil, meat,pepper, cray fish,salt seasoning pumpkin leaves.

Method

boil the meat, put hot water in a bowl and put fish, roast groundnut in a pot leave it to cool then remove the skin and blend, put pot in fire.

put oil leave to fry for 3min add the grounded nut add pepper crayfish, salt and other seasoning allow to boil for 10min,

add the cut pumpkin leaf leave it to boil for 5min add the fish and meat leave it to boil for 20min and serve.
