Beef/Chicken/Fish (you can use any)
Red tomatoes (Tomatoe Jos)
Boil your beef/chicken/fish with seasoning, while this is on fire, blend your tomatoes, pepper, onions and tatashe(if you are using it) I made it optional cos you can't find it in this country where I stay. When your beef/chicken/fish is cooked you take it off the fire, put in a colandrer and keep the stock in a seperate bowl and at this point, you can either fry or grill your beef/chicken for fish i prefer frying it rather than grilling "for my own sha" lol.
Place your pot on fire, add vegetable oil to it and allow it get hot, add some sliced onions and turn, add your blended tomatoe paste, turn and allow to simmer, keep an eye on it and when you notice that the water is dried and it has started frying, add your tin tomatoes, turn, add your stock, maggi, salt, curry and thyme finally your beef/chicken/fish.
