Returns-Refunds Policy

Our returns-refunds policy ensures you exercise your right to return any item that was supplied but did not meet the advertised standard or you find defective.

We would refund the cost of the item once received in the original condition in which it was dispatched. Any fresh item of food obviously would not qualify for return for hygiene purposes once it has been opened.

Returned items should reach us within 48 hours after it was received by you.
